GEPARD, s.r.o. Kružlovská Huta 178, 086 04 Kružlov Company ID: 36449113 | Tax ID: 2020026624 Email: info@gepardwood.eu

2. What data we process

We process personal data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address and message content. In addition, we measure traffic on the site as described in section 4.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely for the purpose of responding to your message and communicating with you. We do not share data with third parties and do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

4. Traffic measurement

We measure traffic on the site with Umami. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page address, the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and an approximate location derived from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored. Visits are grouped under a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and browser, which changes every month. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; you have the right to object to this processing. The tool is run for us as a processor by Kovadlina (kovadlina.sk) on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; the data stays within the European Union.

5. Retention period

We retain personal data for the period necessary to handle your request, but no longer than 12 months from the last communication.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights at info@gepardwood.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our case is the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk).

7. Cookies

Information about the use of cookies can be found in our Cookie Policy.
